The non-phospho-DP2 Receptor Antibody is directed against the distal end of the carboxyl-terminal tail of human DP2. It can be used to detect total DP2 receptors in Western blots independent of phosphorylation. The non-phospho-DP2 antibody can also be used to isolate and enrich DP2 receptors from cell and tissue lysates.

Native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or HEK293 cells stably expressing the DP" prostanoid receptor (DP2) were lysed and immunoblotted according to 7TM Western Blot Protocol with the phosphorylation-independent anti-DP2 antibody (7TM0339N) at a dilution of 1:1000.
