Figure 1. Agonist-induced Threonine341/Threonine342/Serine345 phosphorylation of the Lysophosphatidic Acid Receptor 4. Upper panel, HEK293 cells stably expressing the LPA4-Receptor (LPA4) were either not exposed or exposed to 1 µM of LPA4-Receptor agonists 1-oleoyl-LPA for 30 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pT341/pT342/pS345-LPA4 antibody (7TM0094B) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with an phosphorylation-independent anti-LPA4 antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
