Threonine419/Threonine421/Threonine422 (T419/T421/T422) is major phosphorylation site of the Relaxin Receptor 3 (RXFP3). The pT419/pT421/pT422-RXFP3 antibody detects phosphorylation in response to agonists. T419/T421/T422 phosphorylation is likely to be involved in efficient ligand sequestration by Relaxin.

Figure 1. Agonist-induced Threonine419/Threonine421/Threonine422 phosphorylation of the Relaxin Receptor 3. Upper panel, HEK293 cells stably expressing the RXFP3-Receptor (RXFP3) were either not exposed or exposed to 1 µM of RXFP3-Receptor agonists Relaxin-3 for 30 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pT419/pT421/pT422-RXFP3 antibody (7TM00353A) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with an phosphorylation-independent anti-RXFP3 antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
